$150/person and can be purchased online here. Physical tickets will not be distributed. Please visit the check-in desk upon arrival.

Per the IRS, the fair market value of the goods received is $50.00 per ticket purchased. Only the portion of the contribution that exceeds this fair market value is tax deductible.

Payroll Deduction

ECSU employees may use the payroll deduction option and pay monthly installments using the 2026 Chancellor's Installation Payroll Deduction Form.pdf. Please use this form if you elect to use the payroll deduction option. After completing the form, you can bring it to the University Advancement main office- Thorpe Administration Building, Suite 230 or email it to ecsufoundation@ecsu.edu.

All balances using payroll deduction will be scheduled to be paid in full no later than June 30, 2026.
